What does it cost?
Basic membership is FREE. As a basic member you can add a profile and browse limited
profile information in any area. Full membership allows you to view all information
and contact any profile in the database. Fees for a Full membership are $6.95
per month - renewed monthly automatically through PayPal. Signing up for a subscription
does not lock you into anything. You can also feature your apartment for $10.95 per month. This allows anyone to contact you for free. You can cancel renewals at any time by using
PayPal's cancel subscription" function. See terms

How do I get Full Membership access?
If you find your potential roommate and you want to contact them press "contact
me". This will give you access to their email address. If you are not yet
a Full member you will be directed to PayPal to sign up for full membership. Once
you sign up with PayPal you will have instant access. Your account is activated
and you will return to RoomWithAJew.com.
How do I know if someone has viewed my profile?
RoomWithAJew.com offers email notification once someone has read your profile.
You will immediately be sent an email letting you know your profile has been reviewed.
How do I post my profile?
RoomWithAJew.com is very simple to navigate and use! Simply click on the SignUp
button and enter your information into the fields. That's it!
How do I update or change my profile?
At the homepage go to the member sign in area and enter your username and password.
This will take you to your own profile where you can make changes or delete your
account once you have found a roommate.
What if I have a problem or question?
If you ever have a problem, question or suggestion, please contact us by filling
out the Contact Us form. We value your ideas! There's always room
for improvement!
How do I cancel my subscription when I find a roommate?
When you find a roommate or no longer need our services simply delete your profile
by signing in under the member sign in section, press the "delete my account"
link. To cancel your monthly
$6.95 subscription fee simply log onto PayPal, go to the "cancel subscription"
area and follow the instructions. Both are simple to do! Once your account is
deleted you will need to sign up again to gain access.
What if I forget my password?
We all forget now and then. If you forget your password or username simply click
on the "Forgot password" link, enter
your email in the "Forgot password" field and we will instantly email
you back with your username and password.
My username and password are not working?
Be careful when entering this information, check for spelling and remember that
the login area is Case Sensitive. You can also go to the "Forgot password"
area.
There are no profiles in my area?
Be patient, as the word gets out more and more Jews are adding their profiles.
You may want to broaden your search by viewing the state/country only instead
of a specific city. Be sure to enter the correct spelling for the city, and check
back frequently.
